1835 O-104 R3 Capped Bust Half Dollar

One of the tougher 1835's that does not appear as frequently in higher grades. Patience is the key if one is to obtain a higher grade, and examples above MS63 may be imposible to find.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars are small and clear of milling. Date 7 1/4 mm. and a bit low. 5 has a narrow and nearly straight top. 83 is closer than 18 or 35. The forecurl and headband curve away from each other leaving a definite oal between. There is a flat spot in the milling opposite end of bust, with little or no separation of the segments.
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 mm. and loop of 5 is nearly closed. Arrow to A is 1 mm. Left sides of T-I are in line. A prominent center dot is directly on the fourth crossbar. There are a number of parallel diagonal lines between stripes of shield. Also a small elongated vertical lump between stripes 2 and 3, but closer to 3. This is reverse S carried over from 1834 (O-119).
