1827 O-114 R3 Capped Bust Half Dollar

A slightly scarcer variety from 1827, but still readily available, and led by a few MS65 examples.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars are close to milling. Date is 8 mm. and high. A small die defect lump in left branch of Y. Hair strand touches base of R. 7 is recut at right side.
Reverse- 50 C. is 2 mm. and medium high. Some crossbars extend past edge of shield on both sides. Arrowheads broad and close. Arrow to A barely touch. Left side of I under center of T.
