1806 O-124 R6 Draped Bust Half Dollar
E/A in STATES
I count 18 appearances, so the 19-24 range is not out of the question. Nearly all examples have been cleaned or have other issues, with the finest being the Meyer example with AU details.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 13 is very close to bust. Date is 8 1/2 mm. large and high, 6 has long curved top that touches bust and 1 touches curl.
Reverse-5 berries, the two upper ones have no stems, are close to the main stem and exactly opposite each other like Siamese twins. Center berry below has the longest stem and the lowest berry a very short stem. Point of leaf under right base of I and distant. AME joined with AM solid at base like one piece. Beak comes down on upper side of star point. C in AMERICA is crude and open. E in STATES clearly over A.
