There are several high grade MS examples in the Census, but AU's are not very common, and it is evident that the later die state is much more scarce. In fact, many examples have the reverse crack at 50 C but not the one below ERICA, which is probably the final die state and is in fact very rare, as many examples appearing are called 104a yet do not have both cracks. The list for 104a may or may not be accurate as the 2nd crack is difficult to see and without seeing them all in hand, I can not say with certainty that the crack is in fact there or not (please note that the MS66* denoted as a 104 by Heritage did at one time have a 104a designation on its holder, but it was changed as it has the first crack but not the second). It can also be said that the first crack does seem to be present on many specimens at least in part.
