Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars are well formed with sharp detail except stars 8, and are well clear of milling. Star 10 is recut showing a prominent extra point between the 2 upper ones. Stars 12 and 13 show lesser signs of recutting. Date is 7 3/4 mm. Some points of stars are blunt on ends.
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/4 mm. with a tall 5 that leans to the left. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. I is centered under left side of T. A sharp center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. A in STATES sharply higher at base than second T.
