1825 O-116 R3 Capped Bust Half Dollar

Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 13 nearly touches lower curve of curl. Date is 8 1/4 mm. amd rathher low. Mouth is open. The upper forecul consists of 3 coarse strands of hair, the inner strand curving onto the headband, is distinct on choice specimens.

Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/2 mm. and a shade low, with a well formed 5. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. Arrowheads close. A small center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. RI and CA nearly touch. Left sides T-I in line.
