1831 O-111 R1 Capped Bust Half Dollar

Common die marriage generally readily available in all grades up through MS65.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars are large and close to milling. Star 13 is almost 1/2 mm. from curl. Date is a close 7 mm. with short serifs at top of ones. A wavy die crack joins base of date, a similar crack joins all stars on left, still another joins stars 8 through 10.
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/4 mm. and high, with tall figures and straight pointed top on 5. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. Right side of I under center of T. Line 2 and 3 of stripe 1 are joined, thus appearing as a 2 line stripe, but a slight separation is visible at top.
