1795 O-101 R7 Flowing Hair Half Dollar
There is one XF45 that is considered finest, with the most recent appearance being the Hilt specimen. 7 total have appeared in the recent records.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 15 is 1 mm. from bust. Curl about 1/2 mm. from 2 upper points of star 1 and 2 inner points of star 2. date is 8 3/4 mm. rather evenly spaced and well centered. R in LIBERTY is higher than E and T.
Reverse- 19 Berries, 10 left and 9 right, four berries are below the right wing, two inside the wreath and two outside, the upper one on outside opposite R has no stem. The lower one on outside opposite C is half burried in branch. The only such berry combination, therefore the only identification needed.
