1831 O-107 R3 Capped Bust Half Dollar

Reverse: F (Third Marriage, first used in 1830 O-109 as Rev I, then on the very rare O-120 1831)
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 13 is 1/4 mm. from curl. Date is 7 1/4 mm. First 1 is wider, higher, and out of line with 831. Both ones have normal, well formed serifs. Light defect lines from end of bust and above cap have been visible on all well preserved specimens noted, they may show only in part or not at all on worn coins.
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 mm. and high. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. I is centered under left side of T. All lines of crossbars and stripes are usually sharp. The same reverse as 1830 Rev I, O-109.
