Variety Attribution O-140: Obverse-Stars are large and usually well struck. Date is 8 1/4 mm. and high. The 2 has been recut at the upper curl. Most well preserved specimens show fine die lines above cap and around date.
O-140a: Several die cracks: One from rim near bust joins all stars on left. A second crack joins all figures of the date and all stars on the right.
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/4 mm.and high. Arrow to A is less than 1/4 mm. Lines 3 and 1 of stripe 1 extends to crossbar 4. Center line of stripe 3 to crossbar 5.
