1827 O-129 R4- Capped Bust Half Dollar
Obverse: 20 (Second Marriage)
Reverse: W
An MS64 tops the census, but specimens above XF are rather tough in this die marriage.

Well preserved specimens, especially early strikes, usually show fine lines around end of the bust from an unfinished die. On this die marriage all stars on left usually flat, while all on right are relatively sharp
Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/2 mm. large and well centered. Arrow to A is slightly over 1/4 mm. ll specimens noted have a small defect lump near top of stripe 1 and part of an extra line on the left side of stripe 4 which is 1 mm. long. A small ridge in stand of the L in PLURIBUS (similar to the I in reverse V of O-128) is diagnostic.
