Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars are large and close to milling. Star 12 to lower half of segment. Date is 7 3/4 mm. Curl of 2 is slender and the upturned serif is small, sharp and slanted out toward top of 7. Usually thre are several small raised die defect ridges and lumps visible on neck below ear.

Reverse- 50 C. is 1 mm. and high. Arrow to A s slightly over 1/4 mm. Right side of T and left side of I are in line. First two lines of stripes 1, 2, and 3 are unfinished and improperly joined at lower ends to side of shiield.
