1826 O-120 R4- Capped Bust Half Dollar

A slightly tougher marriage, but the availability of high end specimens may end up proving this marriage to be more common than once thought. If anything the early die state is less common, but both die states cannot be R4- for an R4- rating overall.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars 1 and 7 are usually very flat. Inner points of stars 8 and 9 are closer than others. Date is 9 mm.26 is higher than 18, with a 2 that is very short, in fact mostly curl. this die marriage, the stars seem to be generally better struck especially stars 1 and 7.
O-120: Reverse- 50 C. is 2 mm. and well centered. Arrow to A is 1/4 mm. Arrowheads flar, close and connected by small defects. right sides D-E and left sides T-I are in line.
O-120a: Die crack throug UNITE that extends through D STAT. An additional crack starts at the end of the first one just above U and circles down across leaves and 50 C. to arrowheads.
