1806 O-106 R4 Draped Bust Half Dollar

Obverse 4 (Third Marriage)
Reverse B

This one appears to be more common by far than the O-107, perhaps being more of an R3? There are several high AU's an a few MS coins out there to be had in addition to an abundance of XF and below examples.

Variety Attribution: Obverse-Sharp pointed small stars are clear of milling. Star 7 is 1 1/2 mm. from L and star 13 is a close 1/4 mm. to bust. Date is 9 mm., evenly spaced and high, I nearly touching curl, 6 is rather high and slender, with a taller and more open top than most of the knobbed variety. Center dot in hair. Some specimens show a wavy die crack from stars around top of  LIBERTY to star 11. A much rarer die state has a heavy crack across top of BER, and later from B to rim, resulting in a retained cud.

Reverse-6 berrieson the olive branch, the only one so found. The berry above the branch and closest to the claw, is a tiny one without a stem. The two berries near end of branch do not have stems. AME are solidly joined at base. A bold die line points right from upper corner of shield and another line joins upper arrow shaft to tail feathers.
