1826 O-108 R1 Capped Bust Half Dollar

O-108 R3? Prime below, O-108 R1 middle, O-108a R1 bottom
Variety Attribution O-108: Obverse-Stars are large and close to milling. Date is 8 1/4 mm. Forecurls on most, but not all specimens. A curving die crack joins stars 2 through 7 and across peak of cap to edge. This crack, although sometimes very light, is nearly always visible on this obverse. Prime die state has no obverse die cracks and is R3.
O-108a: Additonal die crack from star 1 across end of bust to join top of date. Another from star 10 to curl.
O-108: Reverse- 50 C. is 1 1/2 mm. Arrow to A is 1 mm. Left sides T-I in line. AMERI all very close and even at bases.
O-108a: Die crack through UNITE and along top of scrolll to S OF AM.
