1836 O-107 R4 Capped Bust Half Dollar
Obverse: 4 (Second Marriage)
Reverse: F (Second Marriage)
Variety Attribution : Obverse-First 9 stars are flat, last 4 sharp. Date is 7 1/2 mm. with nicely formed and well aligned figures. Surface is rather granular, with a pronounced roughness around date and last four stars, especially the latter.
Reverse-50 C. is 1 1/2 mm. and high. The 5 is well formed with sharply curved and pointed top. Arrow to A is 1 mm. The lower arrowshaft is broken under the eagle's claw, the stub shows clearly. I centered under right side of T. Some specimens show a dot or lump left of upper serif of second T in STATES.
