A toughie in higher grades, with only one Unc appearing last ten years. AU's are rather rare as well.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars 1 and 8 each are only 1/2 mm. from drapery and cap. Date is 8 mm.
Reverse- 50C is 2 1/2 mm. Arrow to A is 1/2 mm. Left side of T and right side of I n line. First S in STATES is higher than adjacent T. Center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. Inside right bases of A's mostly missing.
