1822 O-111 R2 Capped Bust Half Dollar
Obverse: 11

This one does not seem to be as common as an R2 would indicate, but there are a few MS64 and MS63 examples that have been off the market for quite a while, and AU's do not show up all that often either.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Stars large and clear of milling. Date is 8 1/2 mm. and evenly spaced. Center dot on neck.
Reverse- 50C is 1 3/4 mm. Arrow to A is 1/4 mm. The third line of the first stripe extends to the fourth crossbar. Line 1 of stripes 2 and 5 extend to second crossbar. Several crossbars extend into right wing. Besides the large rough patch below left wing, there is a smaller one below right wing, a few bumps between stripes of shield.
