The 101a die state appears to be more common than the O-101 early die state, the 101 perhaps having a higher rarity rating of R3 or so. There are a couple of gems at the top of the census.
Variety Attribution: Obverse-Star 13 is 1/2 mm. from curl.The date is 8 mm. Center dot on neck.
Reverse- 50C is 2 mm. Arrow to A is 3/4 mm. Crossbar 5 extends into left wing. Center dot between crossbars 4 and 5. Right sides of T-I in line. Spike on right wing opposite of A3.
O-101a: Die crack from below leaves to top of UNITED STATE and die lump in upper loop of first S in STATES. Additional crack at top of RICA.
